Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or fast food is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Capability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve Wingstop's menu items according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Receive and stock inventory
  • Assist in opening and closing the restaurant
