Job Description

Kendall Auto Group is a leading family-owned and operated automotive dealership with a rich history dating back to 1937. Serving the Pacific Northwest with locations across Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Alaska, Kendall Auto Group has established itself as a premier employer and trusted name in the automotive industry. As one of the largest regional dealers, Kendall is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and motivated professionals. The company prides itself on a culture that values integrity, community stewardship, and excellence in service, making it not only a great place to shop for vehicles but also an outstanding environment to grow a career.

Joining Kendall Honda of Eugene means becoming part of a vibrant, fast-paced service department that plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction. The Service Receptionist position is vital to the seamless operation of the service team, acting as the first point of contact for clients seeking vehicle maintenance and support. This role is designed for individuals who excel in communication, time management, and multitasking within a dynamic work environment.

As a Service Receptionist at Kendall Honda of Eugene, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing client inquiries, and connecting customers with the appropriate service advisors. You'll also be tasked with sending out outbound calls to schedule service recall appointments and provide updates to clients about their vehicle service status. This position demands comfort in handling high call volumes, potentially up to 30 calls per hour, and offers a schedule from Tuesday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm.

Working primarily indoors, you will spend your shift actively engaging with customers via phone and occasionally greeting clients in person. The job requires proficiency with PC systems and the ability to stand or walk for short periods throughout the day. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary given the role's occasional requirements.

Kendall Auto Group offers competitive compensation for this role, with an annual salary starting from $33,280 to $37,440. The benefits package is robust, featuring paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid life insurance, a 401(k) plan with Fidelity, and supplemental accident and illness plans. Employees also receive special discounts on parts, services, and vehicle purchases for themselves and their immediate families.

Working at Kendall means being part of a family that prioritizes doing the right thing beyond just selling and servicing vehicles. Employees share a passion for community engagement and building lasting relationships with customers. This culture of respect, listening, and service excellence fosters career path development and opportunities for growth within one of the Pacific Northwest's most successful automotive dealership groups.

If you are motivated, confident, and committed to delivering unrivaled customer service, the Service Receptionist role at Kendall Honda of Eugene offers a rewarding career opportunity.
