Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Overall, the Keepers Cocktail Lounge Bartender is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines hospitality expertise with operational responsibility, contributing significantly to the guest experience and the lounge's smooth functioning. This position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $16.27 per hour plus tips and comes with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) matching, wellness programs, life and disability coverage, savings accounts, tuition aid, as well as travel and lodging perks.
