Job Requirements
- Must be a student
- must have or be willing to obtain food safety certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform duties involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking and standing
- ability to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- strong commitment to food safety and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- must have or acquire food safety certification
- demonstrates guest service skills
- ability to work in a team
- good communication skills
- capable of handling physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- properly stores food in accordance with standards
- sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables
- breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
- serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customers' needs
- replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
- maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor
- adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
- ensures security of company assets
