The parish is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator of Parishioner Connection, a critical role designed to enhance parish life by increasing participation and fostering spiritual growth among its members. This position plays a vital part in building a stronger, more engaged parish community by connecting parishioners with meaningful volunteer opportunities, events, and programs. The Coordinator will work closely with clergy, staff, volunteers, and the school community to create and implement strategic initiatives that encourage active involvement and nurture a welcoming and supportive parish environment.

As the Coordinator of Parishioner Connection, the successful candidate will lead efforts to develop and oversee community engagement programs that increase volunteerism and support parish missions. Responsibilities include creating comprehensive volunteer management plans, recruiting and training volunteers, and establishing recognition programs to celebrate their contributions. Effective communication strategies using digital tools such as email marketing platforms, social media, and website management will be essential to promoting volunteer opportunities and parish events.

This role also involves designing and partnering on program development initiatives that emphasize service and volunteerism, including incorporating these values into the parish’s K-12 religious education programs. The Coordinator will regularly solicit feedback from parishioners and volunteers to refine and improve engagement efforts, ensuring ongoing growth and satisfaction among the community.

Working conditions primarily consist of office work during normal business hours, with some requirements for evening or weekend hours to attend or support parish events and community outreach activities.
