The Restaurant Assistant Manager position at Circle K plays a crucial role in supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service. Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coach and correct team members
  • conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
  • assign shift duties and ensure completion
  • direct team to prepare and serve food according to brand, company, and health regulations
  • coach team members on food preparation and production management
  • cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
  • place campaign materials upon request
  • ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • monitor accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records
  • complete end of shift and day paperwork
  • communicate discrepancies to supervisor
  • complete administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
  • guarantee a safe environment by following safety codes and laws
  • complete incident reports promptly
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
  • live company values of teamwork, integrity, ownership, and success
