Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties and ensure completion
- direct team to prepare and serve food according to brand, company, and health regulations
- coach team members on food preparation and production management
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records
- complete end of shift and day paperwork
- communicate discrepancies to supervisor
- complete administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
- guarantee a safe environment by following safety codes and laws
- complete incident reports promptly
- partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
