Job Requirements

Valid driver's license
minimum 5 years of driving experience
clean motor vehicle record with no recent moving violations
strong problem-solving skills
attention to detail
excellent communication skills
ability to work in active and varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in the automotive industry
effective communication skills
ability to manage and lead a team
familiarity with payroll and scheduling procedures

Job Duties

Employee onboarding, training, and management
scheduling and oversight of daily team tasks
administration of company policies with HR and the Area Manager
maintaining DealerFLEX standard operating procedures with the client
conducting daily safety reviews and enforcing compliance
holding monthly meetings with client account holders
reviewing payroll, timekeeping, and budgeting processes
coaching and mentoring team members for career growth
supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence
