The position open is for a Junior Sous Chef, a critical role within the kitchen brigade responsible for supporting daily operations and leading the kitchen during service times. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
  • experience leading or supervising kitchen staff
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • 2+ years kitchen experience (lead line or supervisor preferred)
