Job Duties
- Support and assist the pastry sous chef in the preparation, execution, and presentation of high-quality patisserie and desserts
- lead the pastry team during preparation in the absence of the senior chefs
- ensure consistency and quality control across all pastry items, from proofing and baking to finishing and garnishing
- collaborate on seasonal menu development and recipe testing
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry work area
- assist in inventory management and ordering of pastry supplies
- comply with all safety and hygiene standards
