Beyond the kitchen, you will have the chance to contribute to a variety of service settings including restaurant service, banquets, and special events, ensuring all pastry offerings meet the luxurious standards expected at a high-end resort.

The position offers full-time employment with compensation details to be determined during the hiring process, reflecting Kiawah Island Golf Resort's dedication to fair and market-competitive pay. As part of our resort family, you will enjoy exclusive discounts across our hotel, villas, golf courses, spa, restaurants, recreation, and retail outlets. You will also benefit from a comprehensive employee meal program, ongoing training and appreciation events, career development opportunities, and wellness initiatives. Our commitment extends to providing healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life and disability insurance for full-time employees after a qualifying period.

Joining Kiawah Island Golf Resort means becoming part of a team that values excellence, professionalism, and the spirit of southern hospitality. If you have a passion for pastry arts and want to thrive in a dynamic, rewarding environment that feels like paradise, we encourage you to apply now and become a vital part of the BEST team in the hospitality industry.
