Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred
  • proficient in ability to use and navigate personal computer or mobile device using applications and internal systems
  • local food handlers permit may be required
  • ability to stand and walk during entire shift
  • ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
  • ability to reach with hands and arms including overhead tasks up to 65 inches
  • ability to talk and hear
  • visual ability to read instructions and perform events
  • ability to stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step up ladder, balance
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with supplies
  • ability to prepare foods and beverages using required appliances
  • ability to use cleaning chemicals
  • ensure professional appearance and grooming
  • ability to work retail store environment with limited travel
  • proficiency in English, bilingual skills may be required

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF
  • local food handlers permit may be required
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations
  • acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented
  • prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies
  • intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner
  • maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation
  • proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers
  • communicate the features and benefits of products effectively
  • prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives
  • set up and prepare event tables
  • assist with client visit preparation and audit corrections
  • build and maintain rapport with store personnel
  • complete expense reports as per company policy
  • accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on event days
  • access and navigate company electronic systems and Microsoft applications
  • adhere to professional appearance and grooming standards
