Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
  • Local food handler permit may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk through entire shift
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms up to 65 inches
  • Ability to talk and hear
  • Visual ability to read instructions and perform tasks
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step up ladder, balance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a fully laden demonstration cart
  • Ability to prepare foods and beverages using required appliances
  • Able to work in a retail store environment
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming as per retailer dress code
  • English language proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
  • Proficient in using and navigating personal computers or mobile devices with applications and internal systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate with consumers
  • Basic food preparation skills
  • Knowledgeable of safety and sanitation procedures
  • Able to maintain professional appearance and grooming
  • Capable of working in a retail environment
  • English language proficiency
  • Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Gain adequate knowledge of products represented
  • Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers
  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively
  • Prepare and serve food samples using appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements
  • Properly set up and prepare event table for execution
  • Achieve 100% execution on assigned work
  • Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections
  • Build and maintain rapport with store personnel
  • Complete expense reports as per policy
  • Prepare and submit all online requirements the same day as event execution
  • Navigate company electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms
