Job Requirements
- At least 14 years old or legal working age in your area
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching
- availability to work flexible hours totaling at least 15 hours weekly across 3 or more days
- eagerness to learn and commitment to the company mission

Job Duties
- Serve with sunshine by greeting every guest with a smile and creating the best customer experience
- master all SunLife products and provide recommendations, answer questions, and share nutrition tips
- collaborate with the team to produce and serve high-quality products efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of the store, tools, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- keep the store environment welcoming and energized by fostering a positive atmosphere
- assist in training new associates when applicable
- participate in team meetings and product tastings to stay informed
