Job Description

Product Connections is a prominent division of Acosta Group, an industry-leading full-service marketing agency known for its innovative approach to retail, marketing, and foodservice sectors. Acosta Group represents a collective of trusted agencies dedicated to reimagining the way consumers connect with brands throughout their shopping journey. With more than 10,000 experts in the field and over 150 corporate employees, Acosta Group offers a diverse range of talents and skills that push the boundaries of traditional marketing. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture where creativity is encouraged and career growth is supported. Employees at Product Connections enjoy a dynamic workplace where their ideas matter and their impact is significant.

As a specialized agency within Acosta Group, Product Connections focuses on delivering exceptional retail events, product demonstrations, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, and omnichannel shopper marketing. Their mission centers on connecting products to the right target audience at the right time, effectively driving consumer behavior through the conversion funnel. They strive to create meaningful brand experiences that resonate with consumers in retail environments, strengthening the relationship between brands and shoppers. This particular role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this mission by preparing and presenting specialty food and beverage products in retail settings.

The position is responsible for preparing fresh juice and other specialty products tailored for consumer purchase, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role demands a keen attention to detail in setting up product preparation areas, adhering to food safety guidelines, and maintaining cleanliness to meet hygienic standards at all times. The candidate will regularly conduct product demonstrations and sampling events, representing the brand positively to customers and engaging them directly to enhance product awareness and preference.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing program materials to fully understand demonstration scopes, production requirements, and company compliance policies. The role requires strict observance of safety protocols when operating equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades, and proper handling of heavy merchandise through safe lifting techniques. Completion of required certifications and ongoing special training sessions ensures that team members remain knowledgeable of best practices and safety standards. The ability to complete precise reporting, including online reporting systems, is critical to support operational excellence.

The role involves active communication and coordination with supervisors and team members, including attending to event schedules, corporate updates, and procedural changes communicated via email. The individual must be adaptable to a retail warehouse environment characterized by moderate to high noise levels, exposure to refrigerated and hot conditions, and interaction with coworkers, management, and customers. Physical demands include the capability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds frequently, maneuver wheeled equipment weighing between 50 to 600 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

English language proficiency is essential, with bilingual skills considered an advantage based on business needs. The position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values safety, compliance, and customer service, while supporting employees' professional development within one of the industry's most respected marketing agencies. Acosta Group is committed to equal employment opportunities and provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, underscoring its dedication to inclusivity and diversity. This role does not entail supervisory responsibilities but requires a responsible, proactive team player willing to assist with event setups, cleanup, and other kitchen duties as needed. Overall, this position is an excellent fit for candidates passionate about food product marketing, who wish to build a fulfilling career in a supportive and innovative agency setting.
