This position focuses on preparing juice and other specialty food products for purchase, with an emphasis on product demonstrations and food sampling in retail environments. The role is responsible for setting up areas for specialized food products, following detailed instructions related to production requirements, safety, and compliance standards. This includes adherence to food safety, proper handling, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures. The candidate will perform tasks such as operating machinery safely, maintaining a sterile and organized work environment using appropriate cleaning agents, and assisting team members with event setup and cleanup. Additionally, the role requires completion of necessary certifications and participation in special training sessions to stay compliant with safety and operational guidelines.

The position demands physical stamina, including lifting a minimum of 50 pounds frequently, pushing wheeled machines weighing up to 600 pounds, and standing for extended periods. The work environment is a retail store setting with exposure to cold refrigerated areas, hot equipment, and moderate to high noise levels. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial for interacting with customers and team members, as is the ability to understand and follow safety instructions and company protocols. Flexibility in working varied hours and the capacity to use equipment like step stools for stocking are important.
