This position is for a Juice and Specialty Product Preparer, an important role responsible for preparing juices and other specialty food products for purchase. The role involves ensuring that all station setups and food preparation activities meet strict safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The Juice and Specialty Product Preparer will be responsible for adhering to procedures related to food handling, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal in compliance with local and state regulations. The role also covers conducting food sampling and product demonstrations in support of the company’s marketing initiatives. The employee will be expected to prepare for upcoming events by thoroughly reviewing demonstration materials, following program instructions, and meeting production requirements. Completing certification and training as required is an essential part of maintaining compliance and ensuring product quality and safety.

The successful candidate must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly, pushing wheeled machines weighing between 50 and 600 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing using a step stool when needed, and working in various environmental conditions, including refrigerated and hot areas. The individual should have the ability to communicate effectively in English, with bilingual skills considered an asset depending on business needs.

This opportunity offers a chance to join a dynamic and innovative marketing agency where your role will directly impact brand activation success and consumer engagement. The company uses E-Verify to validate the right to work in the United States and offers competitive pay and benefits. Working hours may be varied depending on the demands of events and production schedules. While this position does not include supervisory responsibilities, it offers meaningful professional development opportunities by working alongside a diverse team of marketing and foodservice professionals.

Acosta Group values its employees by creating an environment where ideas matter and growth is supported.
