The role of Specialty Product Demonstrator involves preparing juice and other specialty products for purchase and conducting product demonstrations and sampling events. This position is vital to supporting marketing initiatives by engaging customers directly, showcasing product features, and ensuring compliance with all safety and food handling protocols. The job requires setting up and preparing areas for product demonstrations, adhering to program instructions and production requirements, and following strict safety guidelines when using equipment like hot machinery and sharp blades. Team members must also practice proper lifting techniques when handling boxes or heavy merchandise, maintain a clean and sterile work environment, and complete all reporting requirements including online documentation. The ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting a minimum of 50 pounds several times a day, pushing heavy wheeled machinery, and working in refrigerated or hot environments is essential. This role operates within a retail store environment characterized by moderate to high noise levels and frequent interaction with coworkers, management, and customers.

Applicants should have previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food and beverage or restaurant industry. Applicable state and local food safety certifications or licenses are required.
