Job Description

Product Connections is a distinguished part of Acosta Group, a collective leader in retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies that innovate how brands connect with consumers throughout their shopping journey. Operating as a full-service marketing agency, Product Connections specializes in both digital and traditional retail events, experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, and omnichannel shopper marketing. This dynamic environment fosters creative brand solutions that effectively target consumers at the right time to drive sales conversions. With a workforce of over 10,000 field experts and 150 corporate employees, we pride ourselves on a culture that supports collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth, empowering our team to think big and advance their careers. Working at Product Connections means joining a workplace where your ideas and efforts directly impact business success and consumer engagement.

The role in question is focused on preparing juices and other specialty products for customer purchase, primarily within a retail store setting. As the product specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the demonstration area, preparing products according to program instructions, and ensuring compliance with all safety and food handling guidelines. This includes operating equipment safely, following precise cleaning procedures, and accurately completing reporting requirements. The position requires physical capability for tasks such as lifting heavy weights, pushing wheeled machinery, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive motions. Additionally, you will support team duties including event setup, clean-up, and conducting food sampling demonstrations that align with business objectives. A key component of this role is maintaining a clean and sterile workspace and adhering to state and local food safety certifications.

This opportunity offers a unique blend of hands-on food preparation with direct consumer interaction and product marketing within a retail environment. Candidates with experience in product marketing, demonstrations, or the food and beverage industry will find this role particularly suited to their skills. You will engage regularly with corporate updates, event schedules, and ongoing training sessions to stay informed and compliant. The environment is a bustling retail store with varying noise levels and conditions including exposure to refrigerated and hot equipment settings. Consequently, excellent communication skills are necessary, and bilingual abilities may be required based on business needs. This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities but offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to team efforts and brand success. Working for Product Connections means being part of a forward-thinking, inclusive company that values your safety, skill development, and contribution to innovative marketing solutions. Acosta Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accommodations for applicants with disabilities to ensure an accessible hiring process.
