Job Requirements
- ability to safely prepare juice or specialty products
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs multiple times per day
- ability to push wheeled machinery up to 600 lbs
- standing for extended periods
- work varied hours
- climbing with use of 6' step stool
- visual ability to read instructions for safety compliance
- work in cold, refrigerated and hot environments
- sit, stand, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate computer
- listen and understand spoken information
- read and write clearly
- communicate orally and in writing
- identify and understand speech and interact with customers
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in product marketing or product demonstrations
- experience in food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and understand instructions
- teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- properly set up and prepare area for specialized food products
- follow all safety requirements when using equipment
- adhere to food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising and disposal procedures
- complete all reporting requirements
- check product event schedule and communicate updates and instructions
- complete certifications and attend training sessions
- maintain clean, sterile and safe work area
- assist with event set-up, clean-up and kitchen duties
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations
