We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Specialized Food Product Preparer. This role is essential in preparing juice and other specialty food products for purchase, as well as supporting product demonstrations and sampling events to promote our offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing or within the food, beverage, or restaurant industries and possess a valid state or local food safety certification or license.

The Specialized Food Product Preparer will be responsible for setting up work areas, following safety guidelines when handling equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards during preparation, packaging, labeling, and merchandising. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, operating wheeled machines, and standing for extended periods. The candidate must be comfortable working in varied conditions, including exposure to refrigerated environments and hot equipment. Strong communication skills and the ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions are critical for success in this position.

This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities but requires collaborating with team members during event set-up, clean-up, and kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations. Safety and compliance are paramount, and the individual will be expected to complete all necessary certifications and attend specialized training sessions as required to stay current with regulatory standards.
