The role available is responsible for preparing fresh juice and other specialty food products for purchase, primarily within a retail environment. This position demands a high level of attention to detail and adherence to safety and food handling standards. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining a sterile, safe work area, properly handling all production requirements, and conducting product demonstrations and sampling events. Candidates must fully understand and follow program guidelines, safety procedures involving potentially hazardous equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades, and be capable of executing reporting requirements accurately, including online submissions.

This position also requires physical stamina as the employee will be regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing wheeled machinery weighing between 50 and 600 pounds, standing for extended periods, and occasionally climbing a 6-foot step stool. The role necessitates a strong ability to multitask, communicate fluently in English (with bilingual skills considered a plus), and comfortably work in environments with fluctuating temperatures such as refrigerated conditions and areas near hot equipment.

Additionally, this role involves teamwork for setup and cleanup tasks during events or supplementary kitchen duties as needed. Successful candidates will have prior experience in product marketing, demonstrations, or within the food, beverage, or restaurant industries. It is also essential to hold applicable state and local food safety certifications or licenses.
