Job Requirements
- previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to safely prepare juice and specialty products
- ability to conduct demonstration and sampling events
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- ability to continuously lift at least 50 lbs multiple times per day
- ability to push wheeled machinery weighing 50-600 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to climb with use of a 6 foot step stool
- ability to work in cold, refrigerated, and hot environments
- ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to interact with customers
- ability to safely use machinery and sharp utensils
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to safely and effectively prepare juice and other specialty products
- ability to conduct demonstration and sampling events
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Job Duties
- properly set up and prepare areas for specialized food products
- read and understand materials for product demonstrations
- follow all safety requirements using equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades
- practice proper lifting techniques when handling boxes or heavy merchandise
- adhere to food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures
- accurately complete all reporting requirements including online reporting
- regularly check product event schedules, emails for updates, instructions, and requests
- complete certifications and attend required training sessions
- follow safety and compliance guidelines for machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance
- maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area
- assist teammates with event set-up, clean-up, and kitchen duties
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations according to guidelines
