The Juice and Specialty Product Preparation position plays a critical role in delivering quality product demonstrations and specialty food preparation for purchase. The person in this role is responsible for properly setting up and preparing the area for specialized food products, abiding by safety standards, and following instructions from product demonstration materials to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Duties include handling equipment safely—such as hot machinery and sharp blades—practicing proper lifting techniques, and adhering to food handling, preparation, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures. Accurate reporting and communication about product events, corporate updates, and supervisor requests are essential components of the job.

This position requires maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe workspace using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment. The individual will assist teammates with event setups, cleanups, and kitchen duties as needed while conducting food sampling and demonstrations to support business activities. Certifications and special training sessions must be completed as required. The role involves physical demands such as lifting heavy weights repeatedly, pushing wheeled machinery weighing up to 600 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing step stools, and working in varied temperature environments including refrigerated and hot conditions. Strong communication skills in English, and possibly bilingual skills based on business needs, are necessary to interact effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
