Job Requirements
- Ability to continuously lift a minimum of 50 lbs multiple times per day
- Ability to push wheeled machines weighing 50-600 lbs on and off the sales floor
- Ability to prepare foods using produce, machinery, and sharp utensils
- Ability to stand for extended periods each day
- Willingness to work varied hours throughout the day
- Ability to climb using a 6-foot step stool when necessary
- Visual ability to read instructions for safety and compliance
- Ability to work in cold, refrigerated conditions and near hot equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computer peripherals
- Ability to listen and understand spoken information
- Ability to read and understand written information
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to identify speech and interact with customers
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or food, beverage, or restaurant industry
- Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice and specialty products
- Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events
- Applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs multiple times per day
- Ability to push wheeled machines weighing 50-600 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb using a 6-foot step stool when necessary
- Ability to work in cold, refrigerated, and hot environments
- English language proficiency
- Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs
Job Duties
- Set up and prepare area for specialized food products
- Read and understand materials accompanying product demonstrations
- Follow safety requirements when using equipment
- Adhere to safe food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures
- Complete all reporting requirements accurately
- Check event schedules and communications regularly
- Complete certifications and attend special training sessions
- Follow machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work environment
- Assist teammates with event setup, cleanup, and kitchen duties
- Conduct food sampling and demonstrations according to guidelines
