Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- previous experience preferred in product marketing or related fields
- physical ability to lift minimum 50 lbs continuously
- ability to push wheeled machines weighing 50-600 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work varied hours as required
- visual ability to read instructions for safety compliance
- ability to work in cold, refrigerated, and hot environments
- basic computer skills
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to listen, interpret, and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or food, beverage, or restaurant industry
- ability to safely and effectively prepare juice and specialty products
- ability to conduct product demonstrations and sampling events
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in reading and understanding instructions for safety and compliance
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- fully read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope and compliance
- follow safety requirements when using equipment including hot machinery and sharp blades
- practice proper lifting techniques when handling boxes or heavy merchandise
- adhere to safe food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures
- accurately complete all reporting requirements including online reports
- regularly check product event schedules and corporate communications for updates
- complete certifications and attend special training sessions as required
- maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area using correct cleaning chemicals and equipment
- assist teammates with event set-up, clean-up, and kitchen duties as needed
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations according to business needs
- follow general set-up and teardown guidelines
