Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative or data support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

  • Experience with customer service or food preparation preferred

Job Duties

  • Create and manage essential customer paperwork and documents using various digital and software platforms including Acosta Sprint Acosta Relay and Microsoft Excel
  • Provide administrative support for client financial planning tools including creating and updating customer promotional events as needed
  • Perform reconciliation of promotional funds trade spend addressing alert notifications for claims and confirming that fund balances match client financial goals
  • Monitor new customer orders for alerts to ensure that pricing and promotions are applied accurately
  • Support the accurate submission of data for product price adjustments new product introductions and public-facing customer information within the relevant databases
  • Contribute to additional tasks as required to support the overall planning execution and success of client promotional campaigns
  • Prepare and serve a range of juice smoothie and specialty food items with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
