Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or data support preferably in a consumer products or sales brokerage environment or equivalent relevant internships
- proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and email applications

Job Qualifications

- 3-5 years of past experience in administrative or data support preferably within a consumer products or sales brokerage environment or a recent university graduate with applicable internships
- required proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and email applications
- outstanding communication abilities for both internal staff and external client interactions
- a highly proactive and motivated self-starter with a strong aptitude for issue resolution
- skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite for a variety of work tasks

Job Duties
- create and manage essential customer paperwork and documents using various digital and software platforms including Acosta Sprint Acosta Relay and Microsoft Excel
- provide administrative support for client financial planning tools including creating and updating customer promotional events as needed
- perform reconciliation of promotional funds trade spend addressing alert notifications for claims and confirming that fund balances match client financial goals
- monitor new customer orders for alerts to ensure that pricing and promotions are applied accurately
- support the accurate submission of data for product price adjustments new product introductions and public-facing customer information within relevant databases
- contribute to additional tasks as required to support overall planning execution and success of client promotional campaigns
- prepare and serve a range of juice smoothie and specialty food items with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
