The Juice and Specialty Products Preparation Specialist plays a vital role within the Product Connections team, tasked with preparing juice and other specialty products for purchase within a retail environment. This position demands attention to detail, adherence to safety and food handling standards, and the ability to engage effectively in consumer product demonstrations. Key responsibilities include setting up and preparing specialized food product areas, following instructions and program scopes associated with product demos, and complying with safety protocols when handling equipment like hot machinery and sharp tools. The role also involves maintaining a clean and sterile workspace, accurate completion of reporting tasks, and regular coordination around product event schedules and corporate communications.

Physical demands are significant, requiring the ability to lift weights of 50 pounds multiple times daily, operate wheeled machinery of varied weights, work in temperature-controlled environments, and stand for extended periods. This position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to communicate clearly in English, with bilingual skills considered an asset in some cases. The Specialist must possess relevant food safety certifications and demonstrate proficiency in safe food preparation, sampling, and event demonstration. There is no direct supervisory responsibility, but the position entails a team-oriented environment with collaboration on event set-up and kitchen duties as needed.
