Job Requirements
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
- Abide by all current company policies and SOPs
- Ability to work in a gym setting and communicate with employees, members, and the public
- Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs
- Must stand or walk for extended periods maintaining professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents and enter data
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Must be capable of speaking effectively in front of groups
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role
- Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus
- Demonstrate strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to lead, build, and manage a team
- Effective planning and organization skills
- Maintain a positive attitude with problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Prepare and serve specialty drinks
- Regularly speak and interact with members, guests and staff
- Responsible for ordering all department materials, juice bar and pro-shop items and managing deliveries using proper receiving procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Replenish, monitor, and control inventory
- Provide customers with product details such as nutritional information or preparation descriptions
- Monitor drawer counts for completion and accuracy every two hours
- Maintain the highest level of security and protect company's assets from theft
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
