E\u014dS Fitness is currently seeking a Juice Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for members, guests, and staff within the fitness environment. The Juice Bar Manager acts as a charismatic host who maintains high standards for customer service, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. This position requires a leader who can engage warmly with patrons, prepare and serve specialty drinks, oversee inventory and replenishment, and protect company assets with vigilance. Beyond managing the daily operations of the juice bar, the manager embodies the company\'s spirited culture of fun, optimism, and teamwork, ensuring that every visitor enjoys an outstanding experience. Job Requirements

CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
Abide by all current company policies and SOPs
Ability to work in a gym setting and communicate with employees, members, and the public
Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs
Must stand or walk for extended periods maintaining professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents and enter data

Job Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
Ability to write reports and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Must be capable of speaking effectively in front of groups
Previous experience in customer service or similar role
Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus
Demonstrate strong customer service and hospitality skills
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to lead, build, and manage a team
Effective planning and organization skills
Maintain a positive attitude with problem-solving skills

Job Duties

Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Prepare and serve specialty drinks
Regularly speak and interact with members, guests and staff
Responsible for ordering all department materials, juice bar and pro-shop items and managing deliveries using proper receiving procedures
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
Follow health and safety guidelines
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
Replenish, monitor, and control inventory
Provide customers with product details such as nutritional information or preparation descriptions
Monitor drawer counts for completion and accuracy every two hours
Maintain the highest level of security and protect company's assets from theft
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
