The role open within this franchise is for a Juice Bar Attendant. This position is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations of the Juice Bar and Merchandise sections within the gym. The Juice Bar Attendant is entrusted with the responsibility of food preparation, stocking of grab-and-go items, as well as keeping the Juice Bar and self-serve stations clean, safe, and fully stocked. They must have a thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, adhering strictly to health and safety codes mandated by the Health Department.

Moreover, the Juice Bar Attendant oversees the merchandise area, maintaining inventory, ensuring the cleanliness and display readiness of products, and assisting customers with product information and care advice. This role involves meeting individual sales goals and actively engaging with customers to promote products and services. Flexibility is essential, as the job may require working during days, evenings, and weekends. The position is best suited for candidates who are highly organized, motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with gym members and staff alike. Knowledge of food handling and beverage service is important, and a food handler’s card must be secured within the first 30 days of employment. Previous experience in food and beverage service, particularly in a health club or hospitality setting, is preferred but not mandatory.
