Job Description

Acosta Group is a leading sales and marketing agency recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering top-tier services to its clients. Specializing in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail merchandising, Acosta Group plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between manufacturers and retailers, ensuring seamless product promotion and maximized market reach. The company thrives on a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that fosters growth, teamwork, and professional excellence. With a strong emphasis on both client satisfaction and employee development, Acosta Group offers opportunities that encourage career advancement within the vibrant world of sales and marketing.

The role of Juice and Smoothie Barista at Acosta Group presents a unique blend of customer-facing responsibilities and essential administrative functions. This part-time position is designed for an energetic individual who excels in crafting delicious and healthy beverages while maintaining an organized and accurate record-keeping system behind the scenes. Beyond just preparing and serving high-quality juices and smoothies, the role demands acute attention to detail for managing promotional tracking, client documentation, and sales records. This dual responsibility supports the merchandising teams by ensuring that trade spending aligns with client budgets and that promotional activities are executed flawlessly.

Ideal candidates will bring a passion for excellent customer service paired with the ability to manage digital data efficiently, especially related to promotional fund reconciliations and new product launches. This position is perfect for a self-motivated problem solver who can independently manage deadlines and supports collaborative teamwork. The Juice and Smoothie Barista role is more than a traditional food service position; it integrates administrative prowess with beverage crafting skills, making it ideal for those who seek a balanced and multifaceted job experience within a top-performing sales and marketing agency. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of both operational excellence and administrative accuracy in driving the company’s success.
