- 3 to 5 years of experience in data-entry, administrative, or sales support role
- Experience in CPG or brokerage is a major advantage

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-entry, administrative, or sales support role (CPG or brokerage experience is a major advantage), or a recent college graduate with relevant internship experience
- Tech-savvy with a solid command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

- A self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and stay ahead of deadlines
- Strong active listening skills and a passion for working within a collaborative team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling financial figures and client data
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve premium juices, smoothies, and food items, ensuring every order meets our quality standards
- Maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
- Manage promotional fund reconciliation, ensuring that trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolving any claim alerts
- Audit new customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- Coordinate the entry of data for new product launches, price shifts, and public-facing marketing info
- Assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
- Keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
