Renowned for its comprehensive approach to consumer packaged goods (CPG) and brokerage services, Acosta Group blends innovative marketing with meticulous operational execution, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and robust brand presence. The company values integrity, professionalism, and efficiency, fostering an energetic workplace that champions team collaboration, continuous learning, and upward mobility. Acosta Group operates in a fast-paced industry requiring a unique balance of creativity and precision, making it a dynamic environment for professionals passionate about both service excellence and administrative proficiency.

As a Juice and Smoothie Barista at Acosta Group, you will engage in a unique dual role in which you contribute directly to customer satisfaction through the preparation of high-quality, healthy beverages while delivering essential administrative support that fuels the company’s merchandising efforts. This part-time position, offering competitive pay between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour, is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving service environment yet possess a detail-oriented mindset suited for managing digital records, financial reconciliations, and promotional tracking.

The role demands multitasking abilities and a sharp eye for data accuracy as you balance the hands-on preparation of delicious juices and smoothies with backend administrative responsibilities. You will be entrusted with maintaining and updating vital client documents, managing promotional fund reconciliations to ensure alignment with client budgets, and auditing customer orders for promotional accuracy. Through consistent coordination with the broader team, you will support the seamless execution of retail promotional campaigns, helping drive measurable growth and client satisfaction.

Moreover, proficiency in technology is essential, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, along with specialized Acosta platforms such as Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay. Effective communication skills, active listening, and a professional demeanor are critical to representing Acosta Group in both customer-facing interactions and internal collaborations. The position is crafted to encourage growth opportunities within the established sales and marketing framework while offering a lively work environment that fosters both personal skill development and team success.
