Job Description

Acosta Group is a prominent sales and marketing agency recognized for its innovative solutions and dedication to client success in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to fostering growth both for clients and employees, the Acosta Group offers dynamic career opportunities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values creativity, precision, and customer engagement. Their extensive expertise in promotional marketing, merchandising, and data analysis allows them to drive impactful consumer experiences and business growth at retail locations nationwide.

The Juice and Smoothie Barista position at Acosta Group is a unique role that combines the art of crafting delicious, health-conscious beverages with vital administrative responsibilities that support the company’s merchandising teams. This part-time role is ideally suited for individuals who thrive in a busy food service setting but also have the technical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail necessary for managing digital records, sales data, and promotional tracking. Employees in this position play a critical dual role—preparing high-quality juices and smoothies that meet Acosta’s rigorous standards while simultaneously handling essential data entry and financial reconciliations that ensure client promotional budgets are accurately tracked and maintain their integrity.

The successful candidate will be comfortable maintaining and updating client documents via tools such as Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay, conducting audits of customer orders to verify promotional pricing accuracy, and reconciling promotional funds to align with client budgets. This role demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines while contributing positively to the team environment. Offering competitive wages between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour, the position provides an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to advance within a leading sales and marketing agency that values growth and innovation.

This job not only offers interaction with customers by delivering quality juice and smoothie beverages but also provides enriching professional experience behind the scenes. The Barista’s role is critical in supporting broader retail promotional campaigns through accurate data management and administrative support. Working at Acosta Group means joining a team that values problem-solvers who are detail-oriented and passionate about collaborative success, making this an ideal role for someone looking to blend customer service skills with administrative expertise in a vibrant, supportive setting.
