Job Description

With a reputation for fostering growth, creativity, and collaboration, Acosta Group drives success for its partners by providing tailored merchandising strategies and comprehensive retail support. The company operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that values both professional excellence and personal development. Acosta Group's workplace culture emphasizes team collaboration, professional growth, and maintaining high standards of quality in all client interactions.

As a Juice and Smoothie Barista at Acosta Group, you will assume a unique role that blends both customer-facing service and critical administrative responsibilities. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced food service setting while also possessing strong organizational and data management capabilities. The role requires crafting high-quality, healthy beverage products such as juices and smoothies, ensuring every order meets strict quality standards. At the same time, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized data related to promotional tracking, client documentation, and sales records. This dual-focus position supports the merchandising teams by keeping financial reconciliations and digital records in check, playing a pivotal role in the success of retail promotional campaigns.

In this position, you will actively engage with customers, preparing delicious and nutritious smoothies and juices made from premium ingredients. Alongside the hands-on beverage preparation, you will maintain vital client documents using proprietary platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay. You will also manage promotional fund reconciliations, ensuring trade spending aligns with client budgets and promptly resolving any claim alerts. Your administrative precision will further extend to auditing customer orders to verify promotional pricing, coordinating data entry for new product launches, price changes, and marketing information, and assisting the wider team with various administrative tasks. Maintaining precise records of store operations and sales data ensures that the merchandising efforts continue to operate smoothly and efficiently.

This role demands a motivated self-starter who not only enjoys crafting quality beverages but also brings exceptional attention to detail and a professional demeanor suitable for representing a top-tier sales and marketing agency. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset will be key as you work alongside team members to meet deadlines and improve operational support. With competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, this position presents an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization offering a blend of customer interaction and administrative challenges within a stimulating and supportive environment.
