Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-entry, administrative, or sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Attention to detail in handling financial figures and client data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-entry, administrative, or sales support role with preference given to CPG or brokerage experience
- Recent college graduates with relevant internship experience are also considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong active listening skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially with financial data and client information
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve premium juices, smoothies, and food items, ensuring every order meets our quality standards
- Maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
- Manage promotional fund reconciliation, ensuring that trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolving any claim alerts
- Audit new customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- Coordinate the entry of data for new product launches, price shifts, and public-facing marketing info
- Assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
- Keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
