Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
enjoy working outdoors
be able to handle cash and multi-task
be enthusiastic and energetic with a friendly demeanor
unquestionable integrity is expected
competencies must include problem solving and analysis, oral and written communication proficiency, critical evaluation, and relationship management
weekend work expected with Sundays guaranteed off

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience is an asset
strong oral and written communication skills
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
problem solving and critical thinking skills
friendly and energetic attitude
reliable and punctual
ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

Greet each customer with an enthusiastic smile and a warm greeting
educate the customer on our services that best fit their needs
explain and educate them on the value of our unlimited car wash plans and sign up as many customers as possible
maintain a clean workspace, facility, and a professional, pleasant appearance
communicate and work as a team to uphold "The J's Way" standards for a one-of-a-kind car wash experience
be flexible and willing/able to learn and grow in every position needed across the car wash
