Job Description
Summit offers a chic and contemporary American Brassiere cuisine showcasing seasonal and local produce from our very own gardens, alongside a vibrant network of the world's finest farmers and purveyors complemented by a sommelier-led wine and cocktail program. This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the Culinary Team, this position will prepare and present all menu items on menus. Will assist the Summit Chef de Cuisine in daily responsibilities to include ordering, line management, execution of menu items, and managing a staff of 10-20 employees daily. This person must be able to follow direction of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Sous Chefs in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and production and follow the standards set in place as a manager at the hotel.
