Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • have professional culinary training or substantial experience in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
  • possess effective communication skills
  • have past experience working in professional kitchen environments
  • demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • ability to work within nutrition guidelines
  • attention to detail with specific ingredients and measurements
  • capacity to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • physical ability to perform kitchen tasks including lifting and bending
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • professional training through culinary education or equivalent experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining environments
  • ability to interact effectively with coworkers
  • extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and service standards
  • ability to comply with company service, inventory, and cash control procedures
  • basic knowledge of guest relations and proper etiquette
  • ability to multitask in a team-oriented setting
  • proficient in English communication
  • physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum of two to three years in high-end club or restaurant settings
  • commitment to following safety policies and reporting incidents

Job Duties

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • develop and adjust menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • manage kitchen staff and foster effective communication
  • ensure adherence to nutritional guidelines and ingredient specifications
  • make quick decisions to address kitchen challenges
  • oversee efficient and cost-effective kitchen operations
  • assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
