With a diverse team representing over 60 countries, the company fosters a vibrant, collaborative, and inclusive work environment where every team member can contribute to creating memorable journeys for passengers. Headquartered in Santa Clarita, California, Princess Cruises is part of the Carnival Corporation & plc portfolio and is distinguished by its iconic fleet of ships known for their innovative design and extensive onboard facilities. Working with Princess means joining a global brand that is deeply committed to professional development, employee well-being, and cultural enrichment through extensive training programs and recreational opportunities. Employment is primarily full-time onboard, with attractive compensation reflecting the specialized nature of this hospitality and service-oriented industry. This position is presented by Selection Partners, one of Princess Cruises' official hiring partners, ensuring a smooth recruitment process for qualified applicants.

The position requires hands-on involvement in service recovery to address and resolve any negative guest interactions swiftly and effectively, maintaining Princess Cruises' reputation for top-tier hospitality. Additionally, the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will champion the integration and use of Princess MedallionClass technology, leveraging its features to enhance guest engagement and optimize service delivery.

This role demands a savvy understanding of voyage financial performance, empowering the manager to identify revenue growth opportunities and provide actionable feedback to maximize profitability. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing crew sales, training staff on new systems, and ensuring venue standards reflect the premium quality expected onboard. Staffing and scheduling duties ensure that beverage service runs smoothly across lounges, dining rooms, and other entertainment areas, requiring excellent workforce planning skills and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands. Success in this role hinges upon strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, coupled with fluency in English and proficiency with various hospitality software tools.

Joining Princess Cruises offers more than just a job; it is an opportunity to embark on an adventurous and rewarding career. Team members enjoy competitive salaries, comfortable double cabins as personal retreats, and company-paid travel that allows them to focus fully on delivering world-class service.
