We are actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage Team. This team is integral to upholding the club’s tradition of personalized service across various outlets including the Men’s Grill (19th Hole), Twin Sisters Lounge, Axis Restaurant, and our private dining and event programs. Positions currently available include servers who provide attentive and knowledgeable service, bartenders skilled in crafting classic cocktails and maintaining a warm bar atmosphere, food runners who ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals, and culinary team members who operate in a scratch kitchen environment producing high-quality, chef-driven cuisine. The atmosphere at Cordillera Ranch is one of professionalism, positive energy, and mutual respect, fostering growth and development within a high-level private club environment. We value team members who bring genuine hospitality instincts, a positive attitude, professionalism, discretion, dependability, and a strong work ethic. While private club or hospitality experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement as we prioritize attitude and coachability. Job Requirements
- Food handler certification required
- TABC certification required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependability and accountability
- Ability to work well within a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to members
- Prepare classic cocktails, beer, and wine while creating a welcoming bar atmosphere
- Ensure food is delivered efficiently and accurately while supporting the service team
- Work in a scratch kitchen environment producing high-quality chef-driven cuisine
- Guide members through exceptional dining and private event experiences
