Renowned for its commitment to creating authentic Italian culinary experiences, Toscana brings a fresh and innovative approach to traditional cuisine, blending high-quality ingredients with masterful cooking techniques. As a vibrant establishment that caters to diverse dining needs, from lunch and brunch services to elegant dinner events, private dining rooms, and banquet functions, Toscana offers a dynamic and stimulating workplace for culinary professionals who are passionate about food and hospitality.

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that every dish prepared upholds our high standards of quality, presentation, and safety. The position comes with competitive pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour and offers a $500 sign-on bonus distributed as $300 after 45 days and $200 after 90 days of employment.

As a Line Cook at Toscana Italian Kitchen and Wine Market, you will be responsible for preparing food according to brand recipe cards, ensuring consistency and excellence with every plate. You will meticulously document and label all food containers, adhering strictly to food rotation guidelines and safety protocols. Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation, observing safety standards, and reporting to work in full, clean uniform are essential components of your daily routine.

Your role also involves cooking orders while accommodating guest preferences and special dietary requests positively and professionally. Being proactive with inventory management, including ordering, par preparation, and equipment upkeep, will help minimize service interruptions and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaboration with the operations team is crucial as you work together to provide timely, competent, and professional service to both guests and client partners.

Working at Toscana means becoming part of a supportive team culture built on Concord Hospitality's five Cornerstones: Quality, Integrity, Community, Profitability, and Fun. These values create a workplace environment that emphasizes respect, personal growth, and professional development. Full-time associates benefit from a comprehensive package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability options, 401K plans, tuition assistance, discounted hotel rates, and opportunities for training and career advancement.

Choosing Toscana and Concord Hospitality means joining an organization that prioritizes an 'Associate First' culture, striving to support associates both at work and in their personal lives. They value diversity, promote work-life balance, and are committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. With a focus on hiring the best talent and offering a fun, rewarding atmosphere, Toscana Italian Kitchen and Wine Market presents a fantastic career opportunity for those seeking to grow their culinary skills and be part of an innovative, enthusiastic team.
