Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an executive or senior chef
- Ability to frequently communicate with individuals inside and outside the company
- Proficiency in operating computers and office equipment
- Knowledge of culinary department services and facilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Frequent use of basic math skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures including extreme cold and heat
- Capability to exert mobility for up to 10 hours in limited spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver equipment up to 250 lbs
- Willingness to follow job-related duties as assigned
- Compliance with Federal and State laws and hotel policies

- Provide mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance team performance

- Address customer questions and issues related to kitchen services
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage with menu planning
