Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to pass background checks and security screenings
- willingness to undergo paid training
- physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- legally eligible to work in the United States

- ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations

- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care
- respond to and provide clear and accurate directions to passengers
- prepare, serve, and sell beverages including alcohol and meals
- answer questions and assist passengers when necessary, particularly those with special needs
- actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers when an aircraft experiences delays or hits turbulence
