The seasonal Cook position at Delaware North Sportservice within Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, offers competitive pay at $15.00 per hour. This role is fundamental to the culinary operations, focusing on preparing food to precise specifications to meet guest orders while maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards. As a Cook, you will collaborate closely with the serving team to ensure efficient service and quality food delivery. The job involves compliance with portion control, quality standards, and company policies. Duties include food preparation before and during service, maintaining proper food temperatures, organizing and sanitizing workstations, and adhering to waste control guidelines. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items, stand and walk for extended periods, and manual dexterity in food handling and kitchen equipment operation. Candidates with previous back-of-house food service experience and those who have participated in culinary programs are preferred. Job Duties

  • Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations
  • Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items and packages all products to proper specifications
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory, and other duties in accordance with company checklists and procedures
  • Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Use waste control guidelines and records all waste on the spoilage sheet
