Job Requirements
- Prior high-volume bartending experience required
- must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- organizational skills are essential
- ability to respond quickly and effectively to change
- attention to detail and excellent math skills
- must be able to interact with the public in a confident and professional manner
- demonstrate excellent listening and clear speaking skills
- must complete alcohol service training - TIPS certification or ServSafe Alcohol
- must have access to reliable transportation and be able to report to work on a changing schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- must have guest focus approach
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- standing and walking 90 percent of the time
- position occasionally requires the ability to lift up to 20 plus pounds
- constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- must be able to work outside at times, including in the elements during all seasons
Job Qualifications
- High-volume bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- ability to work independently and in a team

Job Duties
- Set up bar 15 minutes before opening
- greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- ensure compliance with cashier policies
- complete all sales transactions accurately
- organize bar area and manage inventory
- record transactions through point-of-sale system
- prepare and serve drinks responsibly
- maintain cleanliness and break down bar at end of shift
- notify supervisor of any issues or inventory shortages
- recommend drinks based on guest preferences
- serve alcoholic beverages following all legal requirements
