Job Requirements
- 1 year experience preferred
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to talk and hear
- Finger dexterity and hand coordination
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance and ability to adjust/focus

Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Clean and maintain dish area
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities and equipment
- Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Remove trash
- Sweep, scrub and mop floors
- Receive and store supplies
- Clean rest rooms
- Clean and organize service area
