The role of Waitstaff at our restaurant is crucial to our continued success and reputation. Under the daily supervision of the General Manager, the Waitstaff position is responsible for cheerfully greeting customers, taking accurate orders, making recommendations, and serving food and drinks promptly and courteously. This role requires an individual who can remain attentive and upbeat throughout their shift to ensure every guest receives personalized and attentive service. The Waitstaff will also periodically check on guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs, enhancing their overall dining experience.

Beyond direct customer interaction, the Waitstaff plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms, contributing to a pleasant dining environment. They are responsible for bussing tables, pre-busing, and handling closing duties as assigned. This role demands physical stamina as it requires standing and walking extensively, bending, reaching, and lifting moderate weights. Job Qualifications
