Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good physical condition
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of local area and road networks
- Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and delivery tracking
- Good communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to lift moderate weights such as food packages
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders to customers promptly and safely
- Manage and complete delivery transactions accurately, including handling cash and electronic payments
- Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle to ensure food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and restaurant staff regarding delivery details
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Assist with basic restaurant tasks as needed when not on delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience
