Job Description

Flynn Hut, a proud member of the renowned Pizza Hut system since 2021, stands as a testament to growth and leadership within the global fast-food industry. In 2023, the company broadened its international footprint by acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia, adding over 260 units to its expanding empire. Today, Flynn Hut operates more than 1200 locations across two countries, positioning itself as the largest Pizza Hut franchisee worldwide. This remarkable growth is fueled not only by building new stores but also by strategic acquisitions of other franchise operators. Flynn Hut is part of the larger Flynn Group, a diversified franchise operator founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. Since its inception, Flynn Group has evolved into the largest franchise operator globally, managing an impressive portfolio of iconic and world-class restaurant brands. These include Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness, each excelling in its respective segment. The group's primary mission is to be the premier operator within each brand it represents, driven by unwavering core values: care genuinely for people, play like a champion, and win as one.

The role of Pizza Hut Restaurant General Manager offers a unique opportunity for experienced leaders eager to elevate their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. This position goes beyond managing daily operations; it is about creating a familial atmosphere for customers and employees alike through smiles, collaboration, and dedication. If you have a passion for leading teams, hiring and training staff, and delivering top-tier service to guests, this role is designed for you. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will thrive in guiding others through learning opportunities, motivating your team to achieve shared goals around restaurant operations, team development, food safety, profit and loss management, marketing, and more. This role welcomes professionals with backgrounds in restaurant or retail management who are ready to transition and advance their careers with Flynn Hut.

Joining the team means working alongside smart, eager, experienced, and fun colleagues committed to mutual growth. The company supports continuous training and development, ensuring that every manager faces exciting challenges and abundant opportunities for professional advancement. Flynn Hut emphasizes an inclusive workplace where innovation meets tradition, offering flexible schedules, same-day pay, profit-sharing bonuses, healthcare benefits, 401k plans, paid sick leave, and paid time off accrued after six months. Compensation for this role ranges from $56,485 to $68,000 annually, depending on experience and restaurant location, with additional earning potential through profit share bonuses. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly as the company maintains an equal opportunity employment policy, fostering diversity and inclusion and providing accommodations throughout the application process. This management career with Flynn Hut is more than a job—it is a gateway to becoming part of a premier team dedicated to excellence and shared success.
