The role of Area Coach at AHA Huts is a pivotal leadership position designed to support the operations across 3 to 5 restaurant locations. This role requires an energetic and passionate individual who can oversee people, processes, and operational standards to ensure each store excels daily. The Area Coach is responsible for mentoring and developing Restaurant General Managers, Shift Managers, and their teams by setting goals, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement. This role demands a hands-on leadership approach, emphasizing coaching, evaluating, and recognizing team performance to exceed guest expectations consistently.
Candidates for the Area Coach role must possess strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Area Coach will have a direct impact on increasing sales, maintaining compliance with Food Safety and Control Standards, managing repairs and maintenance needs, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are upheld across their assigned restaurants. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $60,000, along with additional benefits including a car stipend, phone stipend, health insurance, and paid time off. The Area Coach works over 50 hours a week, reporting directly to the Territory Manager, and plays a critical role in fostering a strong bench of leadership by hiring, training, and promoting talented individuals within the organization. Through effective leadership and strategic direction, the Area Coach at AHA Huts helps ensure that each restaurant achieves operational excellence and delivers celebrity treatment to every guest.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Job Duties
- Oversee and lead the operations of 3-5 restaurants
- Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, Shift Managers, and restaurant teams
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
- Manage labor, inventory, and financial performance including controllable profit delivery
- Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly
